Hope  all ok Nathan. Xx
In every organisation that people are involved in there will be things that bother some that don't others and then those that are bothered about one thing will like something else, and others won't like what they like. That's life. It doesn't mean you shouldn't have your say or not feel your concerns are valid. It's like voting in elections. My husband and I cancel each other out with our votes but I still vote - as it's my right to do so.

The club have accepted some / many (who knows) fans are not happy so are willing to talk to them - that's great. They can't change everything to please everyone though as ultimately they are in charge.
I do agree a little with jack though that some won't be happy with whatever they hear - just because.

More importantly we are going to see the 150 club be drawn. I am sick of seeing a board member / players name on there. 2 years now and I have only won 2 ten pounds! Fix fix fix......

Obviously joke! :-P

Banned for racist language.

That's a real shame he left because of alleged racist language.

The club shop will take a big hit in revenue. I know Andy Hill and Jim were always working hard, getting him programmes from here there and everywhere.

Who will replace that revenue?

Spat my drink out in laughter at that post!
Really made me chuckle - sorry G Paul - sure you meant it sincerely but having helped out in the shop a few times, I know how he was! Very Happy Laughing

Labour v Conservative?

I once chucked a girl because she was die-hard Labour. Couldn't cope with it.

Ha ha - no problem! I guess appearances can be deceptive! I must have seen him in the shop countless times so just assumed he was a big contributor to the coffers!!

Not a great return for all of Nigel, Andy and Jim's efforts to get him the programmes - 50p or so in a few years?!

Really sorry to hear about your Nan, my prayers and thoughts are with you and your family, hope she is better soon.

As Stoursi says, it puts all our moans into perspective.

Dissapointed with you DA after all your comments which in the main are pretty good now you say you can't be a...d as you put it having being given the opportunity to say how you feel along with others on this forum.
Don't bottle it turn up as I will be at least it will be good to hear the management point of view. I can't believe people on this forum are now deciding whether to go or not. I personally don't know jack but he comes across well on this forum with some balanced views.
I don't know of many semi pro clubs that would give their supporters a golden opportunity to grill the chairman and management team.

I think you will find that most clubs actually hold these sort of evenings. They have them at Supporters Club functions but of course, we haven't got one of those have we. Evil or Very Mad

If we had a fully functional supporters club, we could host these sort of evenings on a regular basis, maybe with a different board member or different member of the management team being guest of the supporters club each month. By having regular sessions like this, nothing gets left to stew, everybody is kept in the loop and therefore all the gossip and speculation will be prevented! See, easy isn't it!

Updates on injuries & Signings

-1 Kieran Morris, on loan from Brentford-Rated highly on loan for month. Brentford paying most of wages. Will go into first team.

-Josh Quaynor-Very quick, left sided. Need international clearance. Week on Sat hopefully

-Harris Jogging
-Leon back. Big bonus.
-Fitz hamstring unlikely for Sat.
-Luke touch and go. Came through OK will be on bench. Has had the best treatment he can get. Not rushed back. By the book. Embarrassing how its gone on but he's never been under pressure to play.

"Why does he throw himself around before games?"-DA
Possibly right, Luke needs to look at that. Perhaps doesn't lead to injury but we as a club can do no more.
