Loads, do a google image search for Workington AFC
Looks like the covered end has a comparatively small amount of cover right at the back of a good-sized terrace. If the rain's bad and we're all under there it will make for a good atmosphere but we'll be a fair way back from the pitch.

When we're kicking the other way it might be as well to go under the large cover along the far side, which looks as though it's partly seated, presumably to achieve the grading.

With a bit of luck it won't be raining.

How's everybody getting there? Who's going on the coaches (are both definitely running?) and who's making their own way?

Not much as far as I know, but you won't have a lot of time to kill anyway. There's a big Tesco over the road!

Good luck to the lads.

To everyone making the journey have a safe trip there and back.

Hopefully we will get the result we want but as long as the players give us their all we can ask no more.

Good luck to the players.

Just hope it stops raining.

I am going on the coach, and looking forward to it.

As it's the FA Cup and this is a supporters only coach, are there any restrictions with regards to drinking on it drunken

Yep, safe journey to everybody travelling. Should be decent weather-wise on the way up. Might be a bit soggy coming back down again!

As a "Wurzel" fan and a cider drinker, that might be a bit of a problem Razz

Altogether now:

When the moon shines on the cow shed
and we're rolling in the hay,
All the cows are up there grazin'
and the milk is on its way.

[Chorus] I am a Cider Drinker,
I drinks it all of the day,
I am a Cider Drinker,
it soothes all me troubles away,
Ooh arrh, ooh arrh ay, Ooh arrh, ooh arrh ay
(Proper Job! Wanna try some, young 'un? C'mon, young 'un! Get a couple o' pints down 'ee then.)

It's so cosy in the kitchen
with the smell of rabbit stew,
When the breeze blows 'cross the farm yard
you can smell the cow shed too.
(Cor! Oi never smelt nothin' like it in all me loife)

When those combine wheels stops turnin'
and the hard days work is done,
Theres a pub around the corner
It's the place we 'ave our fun.
(Arrh! We'll 'ave some fun an' all!)

(C'mon, young 'un! Get a couple o' pints down 'ee then.)

Now dear old Mabel when she's able,
we takes a stroll down Lovers Lane,
And we sinks a pint o' Scrumpy,
then we'll play old natures game.
(Ah, ha, ha! Ooh, arrh!!)

But we end up in the duckpond
when the pub decides to close,
With me breeches full o' tadpoles,
And the newts between me toes.
(Cor! Mate!)

[Chorus]
(C'mon there, young 'un! Get up there an dance.)

I am a Cider Drinker,
I drinks it all of the day,
I am a Cider Drinker,
it soothes all me troubles away,
Ooh arrh, ooh arrh ay, Ooh arrh, ooh arrh ay,
Ooh arrh, ooh arrh ay, Ooh arrh, ooh arrh ay
Ooh arrh, ooh arrh ay, Ooh arrh, ooh arrh ay
Ooh arrh, ooh arrh ay, Ooh arrh, ooh arrh ay

(Let cider be the spice o' loife! Arr!)

lol!

1-1

Workington open the scoring after 36 mins.

Blockbuster equaliser from Nathan rising like a salmon from a Sean G corner.

Bit late l know but what's the availability of seating on the coaches now?
Been let down by lots of people in a variety of ways and still have a couple of options but was just wondering if there is a stand by list for spare coach seats our dropouts.

Anyone?

Got the option of staying overnight in Bradford with me brother and wife but I'm ashamed to be seen in her company at the moment..... She is the nurse that was on 'Un safe sex in the city' on the beeb this week asking the pre-op transsexual when his last period was. Doh!

I'd give Ulster Jim a call, or better still text him since he'll be at work. His number is on the club website on one of the Workington travel news pages.

Paranoid Android sent me a message yesterday saying he has had to pull out of the original coach so I presume there is a space on that.
