Totton-The real stuff is back.

Finally the chance to start to make amends for that horrible night months ago. Not really sure what to expect from Totton, the last I heard they were in the mess, what's the current situation? Either way, it's a game we should be looking to win! Hopefully the weather will be nicer and we won't have a repeat of the umbrella 4!
I'll go for a nice 3-1 win wirh Luke scoring twice in front of roughly 25 Stour fans. See you all Saturday. For any that can't make it, I'll do updates if needed.

Well it certainly won't be the same umbrella four seeing as I'm off to watch the tricky trees.

Was in 2 minds to do this as I have tickets for the Mickey Mouse finals day (freebie I wouldn't pay to watch that form of "cricket"). However think ill go down now.

What do people think will be the side for the first game based on the squad as it is at present?

Is there a particular reason that everyone on the Southern League forum has got Totton either dead last or in the bottom 4? What's gone on there?

Doesn't look like I'm going to be able to make it unfortunately. In fact, it looks like I'm going to miss the first four matches the way things are.

On paper we should win this. They've been close to extinction over the summer, most of their players have jumped ship (a good few to Poole) and they've got a squad full of youngaters. Most people on the SL forum, including their own supporters, have them down for relegation and it's hard to disagree based on what I've read.

I'll stick my neck out and go for a clean sheet and a 3-0 win.

Think the umbrella may well be needed for those who are going - forecast is a bit of a shocker.

Looks like similar weather to last season. Who is bringing the brolly this time, with Tricky being absent.

It was TRM with the brolly.
That pub wasn't the best,you're better off staying in the club.
I hope to get updates from my regulars when I can't make it.

Nah....it wasn't a "proper" pub....concentrated more on food.
