Coventry City v Arlesey Town
Cambridge City v MK Dons

Plum draws! Good luck to both Smile

Still gutted about Yate Town, one of my favourite away trips with Stour that. Denied a historic win by late goals, something which has been their downfall for a few seasons now; they get so unlucky with them!

Dorchester v Plymouth

Only mention it because this is the same weekend that we are away to Weymouth. So (a) make allowances for possible delays around that area - you pass Dorchester's ground by the roundabout on the by-pass where you turn off towards Weymouth, and (b) don't forget to have your scarves prominently displayed for the benefit of any Plymouth supporters you might pass on the journey!

Haven't checked it, but somebody said last night that there are 266 clubs between Newport and Yate in the pyramid - one hell of a result, especially when they effectively had to do it twice, having been 3-1 up with 89 minutes gone on Saturday.

Slough beat Gosport in the replay last night. Sunday's match finished goalless at Slough.

Dorchester v Plymouth is on ESPN on the Sunday now. Not all ticket. Anybody fancy a double-header weekend?!

Oops my bad.

Cambridge City v MK Dons is on the Friday live on ESPN!

And Yate can look forward to a relatively local trip at Cheltenham Town.

Great stuff by the SL clubs this year Smile

1-0 to Dorchester! Very Happy great result for the well-liked non-league outfit.

Is that the guy who kicked out at Sean Evans?

No, that's Paul Bignot.

Hourihane was sent off in the original game down in Plymouth.

Hourihane was the second sending off in the game at Plymouth - a second yellow card for a lunge at Ben in the last minute.

Unlike last season I thought the sending off was very harsh. I can't recall ever seeing a player booked for taking a free kick too quickly before.

I can - several times. The name of Garry Parker, whilst at Leicester, springs from somewhere in the back of my mind as one notorious (at the time) example for a few years ago.

I have very little sympathy - you could clearly see the ref hold the whistle up right in front of his face and tell him to wait. What's so hard about that? Besides, he should have been sent off for the challenge that got him the first booking.

Anyway, I'm pre-empting Saturday's programme column.
