Lost on penalties. Clifton and knight failed to score.

Surprised to see Clifton take our first penalty....?!

Was a dire match! All the fans could not understand why Clifton took the first penalty!

An okay first half and an opertunist finish to give us a deserved lead.

Second half was poor and MD were by far the better side and deserved their eventual victory.

Charlie Price kept us in the game single handed,one of the best keeper displays I've seen at our level,an outstanding effort by him.

With regards to young Clifton.....why is he being picked ahead of Stourbridge registered youth team players,it doesn't look good or feel right?

As for him taking the first penalty!!?

Not fair on the lad to be honest,probably as well that Knighty missed as well so that the blame didn't rest on the kid's shoulders.

Probably the last time I'll travel to a league cup match if we continue to play such a makeshift side but I fully understand Gary's reasons for doing so and on this occasion it was the right choice.

I'd like to think that in the future we feature virtually the whole registered youth team in league cup matches if we are protecting first team members.

No lack of effort though so well done to all the kids especially.
