Won't be allowed up if they win the MFA - presumably they'd go into the NPL Div 1 South alongside Halesowen if they did come up.

Not sure the bit that says "This year we have been given 12 months to get the ground in order but there is no such rule if you go up again" is correct. The problem as I see it is that they haven't yet got the grading for the MFA (hopefully for their sake they're working on that so they don't get demoted in the summer!), so they can't apply for the League above.
If you think about it, without that rule it would theoretically be possible for any side to go all the way up to the Premier League if they got promoted every season on the basis that they'd have until the following spring each time to get the appropraite grading!
