HomeBedworth have had funding confirmed and will have a 3G pitch installed at the Oval in time for the new season. That's the, Sutton, Merthyr and Maidstone now at Step 4 and above - can't think of any others off the top of my head. Frome are also supposed to be putting one in, although I don't know if it's in time for next season.
They are now allowed in all rounds of the FA Cup and if the Conference changes its stance and decides to allow them I can see more NL clubs making the change. In time it might be to our disadvantage as I can't see one being compatible with the cricket ground.
