Berwick Leaves Stour

Reported in the Stourbridge News today Tom Berwick has left by mutual agreement.

Hopefully Gary as perhaps sorted out another striker or is he just going with what he has got till the end of the season.

Was looking forward to seeing him play for the first time on Saturday!! From what he said on Twitter he came to us to play games, and maybe now Luke is back he wouldn't have been first pick. Just hope Luke desn't get suspended again though. Disappointed to see him go - he has scored goals everywhere he has been.

It's a shame as I was looking forward to seeing Tommy and Luke play together but with the form Ben has been in it would have been difficult to argue pushing him back or out wide to accommodate it.

Having spoken to him i can confirm it was the travelling that was a little to much from him. He lives in Rugby which is at least an hour drive away.

He mentioned that he enjoyed he's short time here and was made welcome by everyone at the club. He has now signed for Daventry.
