It is important we bounce back tomorrow night.  There is no reason why we can't come away with three points, if we play like we did on Saturday and take our chances this time.

It would be nice to see a decent following of away fans, for what is one of our easier away trips.

Onwards and upwards.  We are Stourbridge.

2-0 HT, plus KO was delayed until 8pm apparently. But it was due to a late running linesman, and not crowd congestion Laughing

Great result. Onwards and upwards. Pleased for Ben, things didn't go his way on Saturday but he kept going.

I don't think things went anyone's way on Saturday, but that's now in the past as tonight's result has proven.

And a big thank you to our resident 70's porn star, for keeping me updated with the scores so I could add them on here Laughing

Top notch performance from every Stour player tonight.

The zest and pace we played at was reminiscent of how we played at the end of last season.

Benbow was at his "animal" best and Billingham was absolutely unplayable, the best player in our division when he perform's at this level.

Banbury were poor,"lucky to get nil" would sum them up,the worst defence i've seen in many a month.

Their keeper was an absolute star though, quality keeping and an enthusiasm for the game even at 0-4 down that was a credit to him.

His humour and interaction with us Stour fan's added much to the evening, sir take a bow,i wish you well and hope we cross paths again soon.

A decent turnout of around 50 Stour fan's i would estimate in a crowd of just 166,a most enjoyable evening with classic comments from M6 Dave,Baz and Eric which just added to a great night out.

Well done team and fan's alike.

A rare away outing for me, although when the call came out for someone to do the line after an injury, I did fear a wasted journey, i'd paid the £9 but noticed after i'd been given a concession ticket, that would have been interesting trying to get the money back!

The first half hour was very frenetic, the odd hairy moment with one cleared off the line, as soon as we scored the first goal it was one way traffic, Benbow and Billingham both having excellent games. Their keeper made some good saves, although a minor quibble, we could have been a bit more clinical in front of goal and will need to be against better sides. The clean sheet was most welcome, Banbury where woeful and their supporters think the season can't end quickly enough. The ground has clearly seen better days too!

It was certainly good to put last Saturday to bed, although we seemed to be denied yet another penalty in the second half.

Love the last clip Rich,a pity i couldn't get Baz to nick the "O" on our way out of the ground to keep at Amblecote for posterity.

Looking at the highlight's again it's quite interesting to see just how much Kayelden Brown bring's to the team.

A lot of our best forward stuff start's with him breaking away from his marker and spreading the play,he'd be a nightmare to defend against.

Getting better by the week as well.
